You will advocate for the user at every turn, ensuring ourplatform is attractive, pleasurable, friction-free, and effortlesslyintuitive.What You'll DoWorking closely with Product Manager and Product Owners to redesign keyproducts as well as conceive of, design, and deploy new features andimprove existing ones. Having the ability to work parallel among several products. Staying on top of competitive and complementary products and bringinginnovative ideas to the team. Creating UX deliverables including concepts, competitive analyses, usecases, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, andspecifications. Designing and conducting in-house and remote user research to get tounderstand your users: what they feel uncomfortable, what they love, andwhat they need.Professional collaborating with other designers to achieve the bestresults, fulfill your vision and standards for our product design. Giving constructive feedback in design sparring session. Receivingsuggestions and feedback with an open-minded attitude. Advocating for user-centered design approaches. Participating in thecreation and evolution of design systems and best practices that accountfor user needs and context, while reinforcing brand values and standards.Ensuring adherence to UX guidelines across projects.QualificationsBachelor with UX/Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, IndustrialDesign, or similar degrees preferred. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working incross-disciplinary teams. Having knowledge of Product Development process. Experience in project management and can manage complex design projectswith multiple stakeholders. Deep understanding of design theory, usability, interaction design andvisual design principles to bring innovative design ideas and solutions.Develop and influence design strategy. You know how to use some of these tools: Mastery of Photoshop, Figma,Sketch, Illustrator; Prototyping (Invision, Framer, etc.); Animation (AfterEffects, Web code, etc.) is a plus; Basic knowledge (at least) of HTML,CSS, JS is a plus.
