In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Perform daily product costing for new materials for moderate subsidiaries. Check and analyze master data set-up and landing conditions. Investigate and analyze standard cost variance for moderate subsidiaries. Communicate errors encountered in costing activities to relevant parties. Run and document costing simulations. Perform and document annual costing activities ensuring timely completion. Analyze and investigate SAP Product Costing Execution tickets and requests. Conduct monthly re-costing activities following 3M Finance Standards. Assist in costing approval for countries migrating to SAP. Create and update SOPs, work instructions, and job aids. Establish excellent working relationships with stakeholders. Support other activities aligning with the organization's business transformation objectives. Ensure compliance with 3M Financial Standards, SOX, and other regulations. Meet SLA/KPIs and continuously improve productivity and service quality. Engage in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audits and tax audits. This role requires you to have: Accounting degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and accounting. Solid financial accounting and internal control knowledge. Experience in Material Master Data and standard costing. Working knowledge of SAP. 2 years of experience in a Shared Service Center for multinational organizations.
