Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.Promote and sell the products in the assigned brand and category area to attain the sales target quota set by management.Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements being implemented in the store.Understand the different modes of payment and the company's policies and guidelines regarding payment acceptance.Know the company's return and credit memo policy.Monitor transactions including schedule of delivery, pending and lacking deliveries, quotations, and customer orders.Responsible for timely and accurate stock replenishment of assigned brand/products.Communicate customer requests to management and list frequently asked items that are not yet available in the store's product assortment.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of merchandise in the assigned area, ensuring that presentation/display and pricing tags are updated and accurate.Ensure the safety of store items and safeguard against theft, ensuring items are properly paid for before customers leave the store.Meet sales quota for the category.Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay: 13th month salary
