Product Configuration Engineer

Job Description ResponsibilitiesPre-sales Planning: Proactively engage and build a broad relationship with customers and coordinate with the technical team to create technical plans. Performs pre-sales activities including but not limited to:Identify key customers' technical requirements and provide solutions;Generate new and revised commercial proposals;Identify the Bill of Materials;Manage and coordinate responses for Requests for Quotation.Customer Management: Support post-sales activities including but not limited to:Register Purchase Orders in the system;Update customers on delivery status;Support contract amendments in the system for changes in solutions;Support closure of contracts/Purchase Orders delivered solutions in the internal system;Reconcile costs upon site implementation versus the Purchase Order as part of project closure.Others: Maintain and manage the Unit Price List (UPL)/Price Book for existing and large projects in the system. Support the sales team in generating quarterly demand forecasts.
