Product Application Specialist

Job summary
Wrist is looking for a Product Application Specialist responsible for onboarding products to our PDX systemThe specialist will assist in setting guidelines for the ship supply industryPrimary responsibilities include onboarding vendors, ensuring data quality, and building a product catalog
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Onboard vendor products and ensure data quality• Assist vendors to expand the catalog delivered to Wrist• Build a product catalog using product knowledge and application• Be in contact with stakeholders internally and externally• Act as a point of contact for vendors in relation to PDX inquiries• Follow up on guidelines for proper onboarding of products• Conduct data input monitoring and enrichment• Ensure data meets minimum requirements• Work with high accuracy in a data-rich environment• Keep good overview of multiple tasks at the time
Requirements
• 3+ years of shipping experience• Experience with being onboard vessels is an advantage• Ability to work structured and plan ahead• On-hand experience within the maritime and shipping industry• Knowledge of Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office programs• Knowledge of data collection/master data digital platform is an advantage• Strong communication skills in English• Proactive and motivated
