Procurement Supervisor

Job Description:
•Develop, implement, and manage procurement policies and procedures .
•Monitor and report on procurement performance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
•Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and services.
•Source, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers and vendors
•Prepares and issues purchase orders to vendors, expedites orders when necessary
•Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
•Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
•Manage and coordinate the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and invoicing.
•Analyze market and delivery systems to develop and recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
•Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and
challenges within the industry
•Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency
•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports.
•Establishes working relationships with vendors through personal meetings and telephone contact; discusses and resolves problems
regarding delayed delivery dates; returns damaged or incorrect items to vendors and processes necessary documents for credit;
•Conduct evaluation for vendors in accordance to KPI of all the project (existing and new).
•Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Graduate of Bachelor in Engineering (Civil, Structural or any related field).
•With at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the same field.
•Preferably with In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, negotiation terms and structural design, equipment maintenance and
management.
•Outstanding wide network of business facets set up, negotiation skills, interpersonal, organizational and problem solver with a strong
analytical mindset.
•Above average oral and written communication skills.
•With good work ethics, responsible, with good sense of urgency, and highly adaptable.
