Job Specifications: Graduate of Bachelor in Engineering (Civil, Structural or any related field). With at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the same field. Preferably with In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, negotiation terms and structural design, equipment maintenance and management. Outstanding wide network of business facets set up, negotiation skills, interpersonal, organizational and problem solver with a strong analytical mindset. Above average oral and written communication skills. With good work ethics, responsible, with good sense of urgency, and highly adaptable.

Job Description: Develop, implement, and manage procurement policies and procedures . Monitor and report on procurement performance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and services. Source, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers and vendors Prepares and issues purchase orders to vendors, expedites orders when necessary Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
