The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for delivering business support by ensuring there is a constant supply of goods and services with the best value for the Company. They are responsible for sourcing materials and services relevant to the category in compliance with the procurement policy. He/She shall handle and oversee the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to order to delivery to payment.
We are looking for individuals with knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, with excellent analytical ability and negotiation skills. An individual with high business ethical standards, exceptional interpersonal skills, and good communication skills. He/She must be customer and quality-focused, have good problem-solving skills, proficient in preparing management reports, and be attentive to details.
The Procurement Supervisor is expected to perform the end-to-end procurement process. They are responsible for sourcing materials and services relevant to the category in compliance with the procurement policy. He/She must work with internal stakeholders to ensure there is stock and that vendors comply with orders made. It is also expected that the Procurement Supervisor will assist, support, and collaborate with our internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, timely, and accurate solutions that create value and streamline processes in support of company goals and initiatives.
The successful candidate must also provide and/or assist in Supplier Accreditation activities or Pre-Bid and Qualifications. Help maintain and build a good working relationship with stakeholders and vendors. He/She is also expected to submit, comply, and ensure data accuracy on weekly, monthly, and annual procurement reports, dashboards, and handle contract management.
Ideally, the successful candidate must have gained extensive end-to-end procurement work experience and work exposure in the Supply Chain industry. Able to process and analyze complex data to draw logical and sound procurement recommendations that will add value to the organization.

Job QualificationsA graduate degree in Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Procurement in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Shipping business.Knowledgeable in ERP / P2P Systems (Oracle, SAP / Zycus, Ariba).Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent Analytical Ability and Negotiation skills.Management Reporting, with attention to detail.Project Management.Skills and Competencies RequirementsSourcing Strategy and Negotiation Skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Proficient in English (Oral and Written).Excellent Data Analytical Skills, Management Reporting.Superior Organization and Project Management Skills.2GO Group Inc. is the Philippines' largest and most integrated end-to-end transportation and logistics solutions provider.
