Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers.
Build and maintain relationships to negotiate terms and conditions.
Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods and services.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and new suppliers to optimize purchasing decisions.
Monitor and analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budgets effectively.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing excess.
Ensure procurement practices comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as organizational policies.
Prepare reports on procurement activities, spending, and supplier performance for management review.
