Procurement Staff

Job Qualifications:
College graduate of any 4-year course.
1-2 years experience in similar capacity gained from electronics or semiconductors environment
*With good Negotiation Skills
*Can work with minimum supervision.
*With good interpersonal communication skills
*With good problem solving and analytical skills.
*Can work with people at all levels of organization both internally and externally.
*Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

*Identify, accredit, evaluate and develop suppliers and other external resources.
* Responsible in so cost but quality standard sourcing, evaluating vendors, negotiating prices and terms, of purchased materials either local or imported with low
Source out alternative suppliers as well as work on item localization for cost competitiveness.
Conducts visits and audit to vendors supplying critical items to ensure that basic requirements are complied with.
Monitors and reports evaluation results to Management as well as the concerned vendors on new products or items under evaluation.
Assists and performs other staff's tasks in case of absence.
