PROCUREMENT SR. STAFF

Graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
With at least 2 years of experience as Procurement Staff.
With knowledge of the following: o Procurement/Purchasing function, Budgeting, Auditing, and Sourcing.
Supplier Accreditation and Evaluation,
MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Good in logical, analytical, and communication skills, and a team player.
Source, negotiate, and review supplier contracts,
Secure, analyze, and negotiate quotations from different suppliers, and entertain sales representatives introducing their products, Approves supplier invoices,
Coordinates and makes necessary arrangements for processing discrepancies found on the supplied items and materials.
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan, Batangas.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
