Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) for possible prospective vendors for VisMin Converting Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) Monitor and ensures compliance to mutually agreed terms and condition, particularly delivery deadlines, release of payment, etc. Prepare monthly Savings Report for VisMin POs Assist interested vendors on Vendors Accreditation Process Keep contract files and use them as reference for the future Send notifications of check releases to suppliers Handle marketing, office supplies, PostCon and other requirements for VisMin Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required Preferably 1-4 Yrs experienced employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent Must be amenable to hybrid, Work-from-Home and Work-from-Office set-up Must be willing to work in Cebu City Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
