Procurement/ Purchasing Assistant

Prepare and process purchase requisition, purchase orders, and other relevant procurement documentation
Maintain organized filing system for purchase order, invoices, supplier contracts, and other procurement records.
Assist with the Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for (RFQ) processes.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the procurement team.
