Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 75000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.If you're ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career as **Procurement Operations Analyst** - IGS **in **Cebu, Philippines.****Key Responsibilities**- Create and Manage Purchase Orders.- Validate and Purchase Requisitions.- SPOC 1st level of escalation.- Support Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFP) in e-procurement tool.- Support in the resolution of PO related invoice issue.- Monitor supplier performance.- Support preparation of supplier's negotiations.- Create monthly reports on supplier KPI's and Procurement KPI's.**Key Requirements / skills**- **At least 2 years of solid experience as a BUYER or PURCHASER, or working in an EXPEDITING or an ORDER PROCESSING function is required.**- **RFQ experience is required.**- Basic Negotiation with suppliers is necessary.- Relevant experience in a consumer goods and services environment would be ideal.- Relevant procurement experience in ERP environment is an advantage.- **Must be willing to work in the third shift (3PM - 12PM).**- Strong communication skills in English would be expected.- Must be willing to work in Cebu City.An agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
