Procurement Officer

Job description
- Schedule bids for the procurement of materials, supplies and equipment;
- Determine the mode of procurement;
- Attend to the preparation of canvass papers, preparation of bid documents, issuance of notices and invitations to bid, notices of bidding conferences, resolutions, and notice of awards;
- Analyze and reconcile specifications offered by suppliers with those in the purchase requisitions;
- Prepare/Submit periodic reports on the acquisition of construction materials, supplies, equipment, and spare parts;
- Perform other related functions.
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
