Job Description A procurement officer is responsible for the purchase of products and services in the organization. They have to approve the best products or services that have low prices after reviewing and analyzing all options.
Responsibility Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory from purchase requisition to customer invoice.
Develop inventory/supply plans to support forecast/demand plans while minimizing total cost within the supply chain.
Optimize ocean freight containers.
Drive planning process through the Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) system and/or FACTS to execute actions in a timely manner.
Qualification A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Mathematics.
