Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers thru phone calls and scheduling meeting for the Sales team.
Canvass products needed by the company and evaluate the best supplier as to its services and pricing
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
Assist in inventory management of supplies (office and products)
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Skills: Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.has experience in SalesStrong communication and negotiating skillsmulti-tasking and time managementMS OFFICE literate (has knowledge on MS WORD, MS EXCEL)detail-oriented
