Join Servexo as our Procurement Manager and play a critical role in ensuring seamless procurement processes, cost-effective purchasing, and efficient delivery of goods and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for procuring materials and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current suppliers while identifying and onboarding new vendors.
• Evaluate spending operations to improve product quality and delivery timeliness.
• Communicate with management about supply chain operations and potential improvements.
• Conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for process enhancements.
• Develop and enforce risk management procedures to address product shortages.
• Supervise and mentor the purchasing team, delegating tasks as needed across departments.
• Collaborate with the legal department to ensure favorable contract terms and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct cost analyses and develop benchmarks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise teams effectively.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST
Salary: $1,500/month
