Your Responsibilities: Developing and implementing procurement strategies for goods Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms Managing supplier relationships and evaluating performance Ensuring cost-effective and timely supply of products Sourcing and negotiating on new product ranges Monitoring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Optimizing supply chain efficiency and reducing costs Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for improvement Analyzing market pricing and ensuring Gross Margin is maintained and improved Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years in experience in procurement or supply chain management. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in procurement Experience in managing supplier relationships. Experience contract negotiation and management Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Nice to have Experience in laboratory products or science Proven experience in purchasing and sourcing products Experience in importing and exporting products
