Procurement Manager

Location: Onsite | Makati
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve deliverables and KRA goals.
- Systematically source vendors and procure goods.
- Negotiate with vendors and evaluate their performance.
- Ensure inspection of deliveries by end users, warehouse, and technical teams.
- Coordinate import shipments with origin, end user, and customs broker to meet lead times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, freight, logistics, warehouse, and transport/fleet management.
- Proven management skills in cost efficiency, sound finance management, due diligence, and ethical procurement.
- Experience leading and managing a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business formal correspondence.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to foster relationships with both external and internal customers.
