Procurement Lead (For E-Commerce)

**Procurement & Disbursement Officer is responsible for the following**:

- Develops and creates policies and procedures for procurement and vendor accreditation
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

**KEY RESULTS AREAS**
- Streamlined policies and processes are in place.
- Consolidate and provide financial information on a timely basis
- Utilize advanced tools and techniques to eliminate errors
- Spends are within the budget allocated

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in the same field
- Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Must be adaptable to performing under stress or in emergency situations.
- Requires the willingness to assist within the department when situations arise.
Also a willingness to take on new assignments, or try new ways of working in order to create greater efficiency.
- Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment.
**EXPECTED COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIORS**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with management and staff and customer relations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to document and implement processes and procedures.
- Self motivated and self-directed
- Requires the ability to deal with people in a professional manner beyond giving and receiving instructions.
A positive experience with co-worker's, customers, and the public is the expectation.
**Salary**: Php29,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
