Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Procurement or Supply Chain: 5 years (Preferred)
Can speak and write in mandarin.
? Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
? Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
? Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
? Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
? Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
? Vendor Management:
? Identify and evaluate suppliers and other necessary materials.
? Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery, and quality of goods.
? Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
? Inventory Management:
? Monitor inventory levels of critical supplies machine parts, and other consumables.
? Implement efficient inventory management practices to ensure there's no overstocking or stockouts.
? Schedule regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory with records.
? Budget Management:
? Develop and manage the procurement budget.
? Monitor spending against budget and report on variances.
? Seek ways to reduce costs through strategic purchasing and efficient use of resources.
? Compliance and Quality Control:
? Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
? Implement quality control measures to ensure supplies meet required standards.
? Handle issues related to supply quality with vendors to ensure resolution.
? Contract Management:
? Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers.
? Ensure that all contracts are clear on deliverables, timelines, and penalties for non-compliance.
? Reporting and Analytics:
? Prepare and present regular reports on procurement metrics, performance against goals, and opportunities for improvement.
? Use data analytics to improve procurement strategies and outcomes.
