Experience and Qualifications: BS Accountancy, Management or any Finance related course5+ years broad range experience in procurement and/or supply chain function with at least 3+ years in a managerial positionGraduate of a four-year course, business relatedSound ERP and Supplier Relationship Management knowledgeComputer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)Excellent analytical & reporting skillsHands-on knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processesExcellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customer service operation / Finance processesExcellent leadership skills, especially in the area of remote staff managementExcellent negotiation skills at the highest level (capable of representing business in major customer negotiations / complex payment / allocation issues)Able to establish credibility with internal/external customers and tackle major customer-related issuesEnhanced analytical and innovation skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsProven presentation skillsWell-defined coaching skillsMarket awareness and broad networking skills
