Procurement Head (For Retail Company)

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or
related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Procurement or Supply Chain: 5 years (Preferred)
Can speak and write in mandarin.
? Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on
strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
? Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify
trends, and make data-driven decisions.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build
and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
? Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus. SALARY RANGE:
60,000.00 - 80,000.00
