Procurement Head - Filipino Chinese

Responsibilities: ? Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate suppliers and other necessary materials.Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery, and
quality of goods.
? Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
? Inventory Management:
? Monitor inventory levels of critical supplies machine parts, and other
consumables.
? Implement efficient inventory management practices to ensure there's no
overstocking or stockouts.
? Schedule regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory with records.
? Budget Management: Develop and manage the procurement budget.Monitor spending against budget and report on variances.Seek ways to reduce costs through strategic purchasing and efficient use of
resources.
? Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.Implement quality control measures to ensure supplies meet required standards.Handle issues related to supply quality with vendors to ensure resolution. ? Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers.Ensure that all contracts are clear on deliverables, timelines, and penalties for
non-compliance.
? Reporting and Analytics:
? Prepare and present regular reports on procurement metrics, performance
against goals, and opportunities for improvement.
? Use data analytics to improve procurement strategies and outcomes.

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or
related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Procurement or Supply Chain: 5 years (Preferred)
Can speak and write in Mandarin.
? Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on
strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
? Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify
trends, and make data-driven decisions.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build
and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
? Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
? Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory
requirements.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
? Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP)
is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
