The Procurement Data Analyst will work closely with the global category managers for both direct and indirect materials, regional buyers, and contract manufacturing managers to determine appropriate metrics and reporting mechanisms for each area. Where you come in:GeneralCreate informative and actionable reports which highlight relevant business process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvementAnalyze procurement data – highlighting risks and reporting, draw insights/stories for decision makers.Presentation of data to procurement/supply chain team and wider stakeholder networkLook to improve processes and data management within the space of procurement analyticsMonitor data quality, cleaning data, fixing issues that may arise, and implementing data quality improvement plansTrack and compile spend data for Buyers, Managers and Director and report overall spend for Strategic Sourcing functionsTrack and compile monthly Purchase Price Variance (PPV) analysis and cost savingsEnsure pricing systems are accurate by facilitating the update process and implementation of price changesMonitor contract terms, expirations, and adherence to specific termsDevelop, implement, and maintain supplier performance scorecard.
