Procurement Assistant

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:

- Performs activities in purchasing local and imported materials, equipment, tools, spare parts, services and any other item needed by the company
- Responsible in ensuring smooth flow of purchasing process from the date of receiving the request until the items and/or services are served to the recipient
- Responsible for filing necessary documents and maintain the safety of records of purchasing
- To source out potential suppliers that can offer good quality of items and services
- Recommends any changes or improvements on Purchasing procedures
- Assist in the conduct of Quarterly Vendor/Contractor's Evaluation

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any Business Course
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement activities
- Can start ASAP

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge on procurement activities.
Is able to document and knowledgeable on contracts
- Well-versed and experienced in negotiations and costing
- Ability to deal with different vendors
- Must be highly organized
- Must have experience on Construction and Renovation Projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics/Supply Chain Management: 1 year (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
