Procurement Assistant

Details of the offer

Graduate of any 4-year course / Male
With good communication skills
Experience in Purchasing / Procurement is an advantage
Computer skills most especially in Browsing on the internet and proficiency
in computer software
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to details
Know how to drive manual and automatic
Assist in the procurement process by researching vendors,
tracking orders and maintaining purchasing records
Handle account to attend all the Request for Quote
Conduct and evaluate market research
Maintain relationships with vendors and find the best lower
prices
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Review specifications and quality of purchased products
Assisting with the inspection of goods upon delivery


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
