Job Description Overall in-charge of analytics in the procurement function particularly, but not limited to, spend management, planning and sourcing, supplier performance, and source-to-pay efficiency. This involves the use of empirical methods and various digital applications to collect data and transform it into usable information for effective decision-making by stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Build data sets and algorithms for fast generation of accurate procurement reports on demand.Analyze procurement data - highlighting trends, potential risks and/or opportunities - and present information to PPD Head, CFO and relevant stakeholders.Initiate continuous improvement of procurement's data reliability as well as operational efficiency across the entire source-to-pay lifecycle.Source, evaluate, and recommend appropriate digital platforms to support the Finance digital roadmap.Monitor and create data analytics for supplier performance, spend, and savings.Monitor and create data analytics for fuel price trends.Create POs for fuel and lubes based on requirements from requesting departments.Collate fuel and lubes invoices and submit fuel data summary.Requirements: Bachelor of Science in IT, Engineering, or Mathematics.At least 2 years experience in data analytics, preferably focused on procurement, supply chain or related function.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Experience in SQL or other relational databases.Familiarity with various programming languages is preferred.Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work closely with cross-functional teams.Ability to adapt to frequently changing demands and priorities.
