Procurement Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Assist procurement officer in generating SRFs, RR and other related documents
Generate PO (Purchase Order) in the absence of the procurement officer
Ensure projects are completed promptly with a quality product
Petty cash custodian (for urgent materials and transportation of workers)
Buy urgent items when the need arises
Processing of liquidation and consolidation of receipts; filing of records
Assist procurement officer in basic sourcing and generation of canvass sheet

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
