Processing Associate

Details of the offer

- Helps clients with their applications for NCLEX, UKCBT, HAAD, PROMETRIC, and DHA.
- Requests approval for credit card payments.
- Monitors client accounts to check how their applications are progressing.
- Schedules exam appointments for students.
- Updates management on operational activities.
- Manages the collection of application fees.
- Answers student questions about their applications.

Competencies and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- At least 3 years visa processing experience
- Relationship management skill and readiness to embrace feedback
- Proactive and target-focused with a successful sales background.
