Process Trainer (Mandaluyong)

**Job Description/Summary**:

- Facilitate classroom / Virtual training for New-hires.
- Leverage different learning methodologies (e-learning, classroom, web-based/Virtual, role-plays, scenario-based learning) to drive learning and impact in performance.
- Design learning experiences that support business objectives.
- Ensure New hires take on Communication training courses.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculums and materials.
- Identify individual and Team Skills gap.
- Assistance during Nesting Period.
- Understands metrics and how they impact performance.
**Requirements**:

- Capable to deliver back-to-back classes.
- Experience in handling Customer Service accounts in an International BPO setting.
- Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.
- Knows how to use Microsoft Office Tools.
- Must be a team-player with an ability to lead and motivate others.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability in both independent facilitation and training principles.
- Demonstrated ability to write training related material.
- Able to work flexible hours and/or overtime as business needs dictate.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
