Schedule:Fixed work hours9AM-6PM ESTShifting scheduleRequirements:At least 2 years in college/College GraduateMin 2-3 years of experience in trainingMin 2-3 years experience in training banking contact center teamResponsibilities:Excellent oral and written communication and listening skillsExperience in TrainingExcellent Coaching & People Management SkillsPeople Management SkillsKnowledge of MS Office applicationsKnowledge of US banking regulations and Ring fence transfer scheme preferredWillingness to work in shifts
