Work Setup: OnsiteFixed Hours: 9AM - 6PM ESTShifting Schedule Requirements: At least 2 years of college education or a college degreeMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in trainingMinimum of 2-3 years of experience training banking contact center teams Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication and listening skillsStrong experience in trainingExceptional coaching and people management skillsProficiency in MS Office applicationsKnowledge of US banking regulations and the Ring Fence transfer scheme is preferredWillingness to work in shifts
