The Process Specialist shall assist the Operations Planning and Control Team in conducting test-runs of Point of Sale (POS) for marketing and promotional activities and providing support to Store Personnel on the promotions and new policies in all Store location. He/She shall also create policies/guidelines for Store Operation Division and orient/train them to ensure proper implementation of the processes and system in the Store.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES A. POS and Frequent Shoppers Program (FSP) Systems
1. Conducts testing of POS in relation to marketing and promotional activities
2. Performs quality assurance of POS versions/bazaar or promos implemented to Store
B. Accounts Database/ Promotions 1. Assists in the execution of all promotions (i.e., events, bank tie up) to Store and/or bazaars in the Store
2. Supervises the posting of accounts (Store Employee and Customer's data)
C. Customer Service 1. Deals with customer inquiry relative to loyalty cards, with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience and with close communications to customer service
2. Manages and coordinate with customer service transactions on (GC processing, GWP and GC redemptions
3. Handles store inquiry on promotions and Loyalty card
D. Coordination with Merchandising and Marketing Division 1. Handles inquiry from Merchandising and Marketing Team regarding promotions and events
E. Policies/Guidelines and Training 1. Proposes and create policies and guidelines related to Store Operations
2. Conducts orientation to Store Personnel
3. Prepares materials, equipment and manuals necessary for the orientation/training conducted by the department
4. Gathers feedback relative to system implementation
F. Reports and Daily activity 1. Performs daily updates and processing of the following:
• Consolidation and posting of Discount Card
