Process Officer

Design, develop, and implement policies and procedures the company's products and business operations

Identify process gaps or areas for further improvement/risks and assess appropriate controls to mitigate the risks

Analyze as-is process models and identify to-be or ideal state of the process

Continuously drive process improvement initiatives to help achieve and improve business performance

Ensure adherence to process documentation standards

Provide support during implementation and monitor progress of of business processes after implementation

Manage and maintain the central document repository system accessible to different units of the company

Collaborate with stakeholders for regulatory and audit related business process concerns
Excellent in business analysis, requirements gathering, process streamlining and process design and implementation

Ideally with background in banking industry or financial services

Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders including executives, SMEs and other employees of the organization

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skill
