Process Improvement Manager

Job summary
The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of continuous improvement programs pertaining to Operations.The position aims to improve store profitability, manpower productivity, and efficiencies in shift and KRA-related work.The role involves reviewing processes, aligning them with job design, and ensuring compliance with business and HR regulations.

Responsibilities
• Determining optimal headcount and manpower requirements for different store models and operational needs.• Developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiencies in HR Management, Shift work, KRA work, and ARS.• Reviewing and implementing process improvements, maintaining operational procedures, and communicating changes.• Monitoring and assessing execution gaps, performance improvement opportunities, and alignment of store processes.• Collaborating with RS Units, Operations, and Support Groups in cross-functional projects.• Communicating directions from leadership, providing technical expertise, and ensuring high service levels.• Reviewing and endorsing project proposals, managing projects, and coordinating project tasks.• Creating succession plans, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating employee development.• Addressing employee engagement issues, resolving conflicts, and serving as SME for training-related needs.
Requirements
• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any engineering course.• At least 6 years of experience in a related field, with 3 years of supervisory experience.• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Management Information Systems (Shift Management Systems, HR Management Systems, Above Restaurant Systems).• Willingness to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig. (Hybrid Work Setup)
