This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Dole Philippines Inc- Stanfilco as a full-time Process Improvement and Investment Analyst. Based in Davao City Davao del Sur, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and identifying strategic investment opportunities.
What you'll be doing Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance farm efficiency and productivityIdentify opportunities for process and system improvementsConduct investment feasibility studies, time-and-motion studies and make recommendations to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate cross-functionally to implement process changes and new initiativesPrepare, consolidate budget per farm, participate in the budget reviewProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to the leadership teamMonitor and report on the impact of process improvements and investmentsWhat we're looking for Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a production analyst or process improvement role specifically agricultural operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address inefficienciesProficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract insightsExcellent communication and management skillsExperience in leading cross-functional projects and driving changeKnowledge of relevant industry regulations and standardsWilling to travel to different areas of operationWhat we offer Competitive salary and benefits packageSupportive and collaborative work environmentWork-life balance initiatives and health and wellness programsAbout us Dole Philippines Inc - Stanfilco is a leading provider of high-quality agricultural products primarily engaged in the production and exportation of premium quality fresh bananas, papayas, avocados and durian.
