Place of Assignment: Ortigas Business Center With Bachelor's Degree in any business related course With strong knowledge base of finance/accounting operations and internal controls creation and review With strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail Proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, intellectually curious, and possess the aptitude to work independently in an ambiguous environment Experience in local or international companies in the same industry an advantage Job Description: Create and maintain a cohesive set of policies and procedures that reflect the company's needs and practices Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity Identify and fix process pain points within and across disciplines Identify and encourage the generation of ideas for process improvements, support re-engineering, and process automation discovery and opportunities Establish the effectiveness of the existing policies and procedures and initiate enhancements as identified Preparation of monthly project scorecard reports SHARE THIS POST:
