Role: Oversee and manage the engineering processes related to transmission gears, shafts, differential gears, IBJ/OBJ and tie rods.Advanced knowledge of gear cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, design, and gauge design.Ensure the implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes for these components.Oversee costing processes, manage RFQ & make informed make/buy decisions.Ensure adherence to APQP, PPAP, IATF standards.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Soft Skills: Leadership and Team ManagementProblem solving and analytical thinkingBehaviour Skill: Lead and manage a team of 15-20 direct reportees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Apply a proactive approach to problem-solving, addressing challenges with creativity and strategic thinking.
