Qualifications:
Graduate of 4 years of Engineering courses related to Chemical or Ceramics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering,
With at least 5 years of experience,
Attends several trainings related to leadership and management,
With good interpersonal relation, effective communication, management and negotiation skills,
Willing to work or relocate in FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas

Job Overview:
Supervise the transfer of new items, technology, or processes from the mother factory or headquarters
Supervise production plan support through the engineering department to ensure that all jobs are processed,
Coordinate and collaborate within PMM cross-functional team related to process or line handled up to PMM management,
Continually seek to improve all processes to perform work, and continually improve products in terms of quality.
