Preferably BS Chemical/Metallurgical or Materials Science Engineering Graduate With or without work experience Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills Job Responsibilities: Report to section supervisor for any given task involving Productivity, Utilization, Quality, Yield, Cost and Operation. Assist the supervisor in production operations. All reports must be communicated and should be in conformance with the instructions/directions given by the immediate superior. Assist supervisor in production planning and accomplishing set targets. Assist supervisor in establishing Standard Operating Procedures in the section and ensure that these are strictly implemented and complied with. Monitor productivity in terms of utilization and overall equipment efficiency; Make proposals for improvement. Inform immediate superior of any abnormality found and make the necessary investigation on the root cause of the problem then establish necessary countermeasures. Establish Out-of-Control Action Plan (OCAP) for any abnormality/deviation and coordinate with concerned personnel in ensuring its compliance. Ensure that all necessary countermeasures in the line are implemented and complied with.
