Process Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelors in Electronics Communication Engineering Graduate-With at least 1-year experience in a manufacturing company.-Computer literateDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Designs, schedules and accomplishes tests of processes as assigned. Conducts the necessary test to evaluate processes when appropriate.* Performs monitoring of critical process variables. Provides analysis and recommendations.* Attends to technical inquiries. Provides process troubleshooting support. Makes technical recommendations. Develops process work instructions or procedures.* Participates in multi-functional teams by providing process analysis to address customer concerns. Participates in all new or re-designed product pilot runs to evaluate processes.* Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues to achieve Engineering Department's targets and objectives.* Supervises Process Technician in the performance of their duties. Appraises and implements coaching or recommends training for the professional development of direct reports.
