- Develop a cost and process-efficient manufacturing process of new or improved products by working closely with Product Development Specialist in creating the most appropriate processing design
- Ensures that all new and existing products are validated against food safety standards
- Continuous process improvement of existing products
- Validate the shelf life of products with new or improved manufacturing processes
- Validate that set standards are consistently met from Batch Run to Commercial Production
-Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Management System and Laboratory Management System policies and procedures
