Process Development Specialist

Schedule: Mon to Fri - Weekends off Salary range: 18k to 20k
Develop a cost and process-efficient manufacturing process of new or improved products by working closely with Product Development Specialist in creating the most appropriate processing design.
Ensures that all new and existing products are validated against food safety standards.
Continuous process improvement of existing products.
Validate the shelf life of products with new or improved manufacturing processes.
Validate that set standards are consistently met from Batch Run to Commercial Production.
Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Management Systema and Laboratory Management System policies and procedures.
