Process Design Engineer

PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEER

-He/she is expected to generate and execute planned improvement actions from his/her new product assignment to meet target defect level as well as sustaining and continuously improving existing capability
-He/she is expected to render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.
-Responsible for the introduction of all new products & developing new process to expand company's service capability taking into account material, manpower, processes, equipment and capital requirements and for conducting technical evaluation and study on projects covering design improvement and cost reduction scheme.

Minimum Requirements:
-Graduate of any Engineering Course; BSIE/BSME an advantageq
-With at least 2 years experience in the field of design
-Advance knowledge in AutoCAD
-Knowledgeable in precision tools/jigs design fabrication
-Familiar with Problem Solving tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.), FPC manufacturing processesq
Keen to details and analytical
Willing to learn
With initiative, ownership and dependable
With traits to lead, resourceful and can adapt to immediate changes
Can work on a shifting schedule even during holidays as needed
