Process Control Manager - Bank - Makati - Up to 110KJob Purpose The role holder is responsible for managing, developing and driving process documentation and process and control improvements across the Bank to help create the building blocks for operational excellence by transforming governance around procedure documentation, their updates, oversights by control and compliance units and while keeping customer experience in mind.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate Existing Business ProcessesCreate Documentation Outlining Key Process ImprovementsManage cross functional staff for improvement and implementation of processesConduct Ongoing AnalysesUpdate Department Procedures and PoliciesIntegrate voice of the customer insights into processesDrive effective process documentation training and competence schemesConduct root cause analysis and work with all channels to implement business process improvementsReview any process changes from product and service developmentsPerform end-to-end review, reengineering and streamlining of key service delivery processesWork closely with Process Re-engineering Unit to deliver comprehensive procedure documentsKey Accountabilities: Strategy Development and Implementation Participate in key process improvement projects, including redesigning customer processes and addressing customer pain pointsDevelop a roadmap for reevaluation and documentation of acquisition and service processes with proper controlsChange Management Lead management of change through continuous improvement of processes and practicesIdentify and provide solutions for any process risks and issuesDeliver high-quality output in a timely mannerEnsure quality delivery by vendors as per bank guidelinesReporting Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all functional reportsPackage and present progress, next steps, and challenges as requiredLeverage central function support teams to implement processesQualifications: Graduate of a 4-year degree course5 years of banking experienceExtensive experience in document review, updating, and compliance monitoring with operational risks
