**Job Summary**

The **Process Consultant** is responsible for supporting the Delivery Head in managing and delivery of consulting projects.
He/She shall also be requested to work on internal assigned projects as and when requested.
Moreover, the Process Consultant shall act as the face of the organization to local and regional customers; perform assessments and documentation requirements, planning trainings and workshops, planning sessions; create, nurture, manage and maintain strong relationship with customers; articulate and ensure customer clearly understands value generated through our engagement; and, work with the client team to help them achieve planned objectives.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

**Delivery Activities**:

- Deliver consulting projects mandated by the Delivery Head within the set goals.
- Support in the documentation process (such as MoMs, Milestone Reports etc.)
to deliver consulting projects.
- Review and Analyze client data for reporting.
- Resolve project issues and provide timely solutions with the advice of the Delivery Head.
- Proactively escalate and resolve all project issues on timely manner.
- Timely respond to all customer queries within the Service Level Agreement.
**Pre - Sales / Business Development**:

- Support sales for prospecting & lead generation for all domains.
- Attend client meetings with the sales team when needed.
- Provide pre-sales support to Delivery Head in proposal development and other relevant content needed.
**Training**
- Support the Delivery Head in delivering training activities.
- Support Delivery Head in the development of training materials and content.
- If required, deliver trainings for clients as and when necessary and support in customizing existing training modules.
**Internal Project**
- Complete internally assigned projects.
- Support and proactively participate in employee-engagement projects.
**Qualifications and Personal Qualities**
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Science
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience on the following:

- Consulting or similar domain
- Documentation Review and Development
- Risk and Gap Assessments
- Document writing, editing and design
- Knowledge and experience working on any / all of these standards or best practices - GRI (and/or other Sustainability standards), ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Knowledge on other frameworks such as ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, COBIT, ITIL, ERM, Cloud Services, Data Privacy etc.
would be added advantage.
- Able to multi-task, and shift priorities quickly and efficiently in a very dynamic environment and focus on highest value outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience of involvement in creating processes / process documents, performing audits and being part of 3rd party certification audit.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking ability.
- Willingness and ability to network with senior decision makers, optimize social opportunities and close the deal.
- Language Skills - English is a MUST.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Consulting or similar domain: 4 years (preferred)
- Documentation Review and Development: 4 years (preferred)
- Risk and Gap Assessments: 4 years (preferred)
- Document writing, editing and design: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
