Process Analyst (Makati)

Job Description:
Driving and ensuring that process analysis, appropriate solutions, and proper actions are taken to achieve optimal improvement.
Partner with QA group and Business Units in resolving internal/external customer issues that require process analysis.
Partner with business unit managers and customers in projects that will require his expertise as a process analyst.
Work with other departments like ICT and HR in developing systems that will result in improving companywide processes.
Train QA staff with much-needed skills to enhance their knowledge in process analysis.
Help in educating employees on Lean Rules and Principles, and - To take on any other duties and responsibilities that may be required of you from time to time.
Handles the different Crewing Projects such as Lean Blitz, Operational Excellence (OE) Waste Walk, 5S, and Safety.
Qualifications:
Must have a QA and process analysis experience.
Preferably with experience working in a Maritime Agency

Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
