**Job Description**:
Manage projects from inception to release or full project life cycle.
Facilitate, lead and record team project meetings.
Delivers engagements within the constraints of schedule, features/functionality, and budget.
Utilizes analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-related problems.
Responsible for masterminding, outlining, and developing projects.
Design the project goals and success markers, determine how success will be measured and tracked.
Ensure the project remains on time and on budget and help motivate team members to hit their goals.
Serve as a liaison between the project team and senior management.
Prepare and present progress reports and ensure the project is furthering organizational goals.
Multi-task various operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Provide leadership to the staff to maintain a culture of exceeding customers' expectations in terms of providing cost-effective solutions as well as an unwavering commitment to our customer partners

Problem Manager researches/addresses the root causes of incidents or issues (known and unknown) make temporary solutions (workarounds) available, and develop final solutions for known errors.
Problem Managers engage in proactive problem management by analyzing trends or historical data of incidents and services.
